They have fortified me today. Life has been a little crazy for me this past week - and I have felt so out of control. I had to read once again my own post, and let God speak to me again. And then, your comments became His words to me, too. Oh, thank you for encouraging me today.

May we all (especially me right now) KNOW that God is still on His throne - and we can approach Him boldly because HE LOVES US!!

GOD BLESS!Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00840994989201507494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339391758957076684.post-51524796578307841142011-07-23T13:02:22.263-07:002011-07-23T13:02:22.263-07:00These words encouraged me today. Except declaring and praising Him for being on the Throne...even if we forget or in the craziness of this world it does not seem like it... I will remember this mostly:

NOTHING catches Him by surprise. NOTHING happens without His knowledge and His permission.

Yet here we are again with knowledge that we believe, we have in our heads but yet many times, it does not seem like the All Powerful God (Wizard of Oz) is in control. I should not tease lightly on this (for whom so ever may read here)... but this really goes well with the follow up post today on God's Silence. Too many times we know God is in control, but everything is so shaken that we wonder... God, are you there? (it's me,margaret)

You have made some excellent points from David all the way to Hebrew's throne room. I'm just so thankful that God does rule and He calmly takes control of the roughest storm, and makes it peaceful. Now that's control. A case in point, of me believing this so powerfully... we have had torrential downpours in the night for a week and it will be continuing due to "DORA" off shore and heading north along the coast... but the other night, the thunder and lightening was loud and frightening (to my dogs, not me...lol)
Yeah, right...I came out of the storms of the midwest... anyways... I did just that "I went to the throne of God... I proclaimed Him as all powerful, in control, can calm the sea... and He can take that loud, sound effects out of this...
and in a moment after praising Him, He did.

I heard silence... and I thanked Him.

Thank You Father Creator that You alone can calm the storm, diffuse the power and make me focus on You as the One, the Almighty... tears run down my face as I recall that moment, that You heard me and responded in a moment... before panic or fear or more water flooded my front entrance... You cared. And I thank You for showing me the miracle of the moment. I am truly blessed and humbled by Your awesome control. You deserve all my praise and all the glory! Thank You!

So... not only do I see Him on the Throne but He hears me from that throne and knows my voice. Like David, I could face the storm and trust the END! Boldly knowing His power, His control, His love and grace. Another rumble just echoed again outside... yet confidently I know He is in control! Thanks Sharon! Hoping you can rest assured and move forward under this Majestic control!

Love and peace,
PeggyPeggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07178137619890142365noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339391758957076684.post-61205244158008586052011-07-18T09:51:08.754-07:002011-07-18T09:51:08.754-07:00Very good, God is still on the throne and ruler of...Very good, God is still on the throne and ruler of this universe. I was struggling with fear last week, but through one of the 365 promises and your post, I know I don't need fear in my life for God said He would supply our every need as long as we trusted Him and I do trust Him. He has done so much for me, my husband, my children and my parents (who are resting in the arms of God) that I am so thankful for and I KNOW HE WILL SEE US THROUGH whatever comes our way. There's a song He'll take you through the fire again, and that is so true. Thanks for sharing and giving me a boost and I'm sure it's helped others. From the Hearthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06612517670775886165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1339391758957076684.post-84539789685180669042011-07-17T17:08:12.349-07:002011-07-17T17:08:12.349-07:00HI Sharon...knowing He's always there is what ...HI Sharon...knowing He's always there is what keeps me sane and gives me courage.
